Welcome to Frankys. These terms apply when you browse frankys-hats.com or buy something from us. By using the site you agree to them. Frankys is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Products and orders

We do our best to show our hats accurately, but colours may render slightly differently on your screen. Prices are shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes; shipping costs are shown before you pay.

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example in the case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock running out — in which case anything you paid is refunded in full.

Discount codes

Discount codes won in the arcade or claimed on sunny days are personal, single-use, and time-limited (they expire within 24–48 hours of being issued). Codes cannot be combined with other discounts, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged. Only one active reward can be held at a time. We may revoke codes that are obtained or used through abuse, automation, or exploitation of a bug.

Returns and your statutory rights

If you're a consumer in the EU, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email hello@frankys-hats.com and we'll arrange the return. Items should come back unworn and in their original condition. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

The site, arcade, and try-on

The arcade game and virtual hat try-on are provided for fun, as-is. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove features at any time.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — the Frankys name, designs, photos, illustrations, and code — belongs to us or our licensors. Don't reuse it commercially without asking.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. If we make material changes, the date at the top will tell you.
