## Hat care

- Spot clean with a damp cloth; for more, hand wash in cold water with
  a mild wool detergent
- Never tumble dry — reshape while damp and lay flat to air dry, away
  from direct heat and sunlight
- Store cool and dry; use cedar blocks or lavender against moths

- Netherlands: always free shipping
- EU: €8 for one hat, free shipping from 2 hats
- Rest of the world: €12, free shipping from 3 hats
- Orders ship within 3–5 business days; tracking arrives by email
- Outside the EU, customs or import duties are paid by the recipient

## Returns

- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery; hats must be unworn and
  complete; shipping costs are not refunded
- EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal
