Shipment and Return.

Yes we ship world wide!

Franky's hats are send as a registered package with a track & trace code. Shipment expenses charged are:

Netherlands — Free shipping
Europe — €10,- (order 2 hats for free shipping)
Rest — €20,- (order 3 hats for free shipping)

Delivery time

Orders are send within 2 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the destination. Franky's is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, Franky's has no control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.

Import Tax

When ordering goods from Franky's for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country, Franky's is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Franky's cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customers can return item(s) within 14 days after receiving, at your own expense (non-used item(s) in new condition). We will either exchange the item(s) and send it to you for free or refund your money minus shipping costs and/or additional fees. The returned item(s) and the packaging has to be in unused as new condition.
